China African countries strengthen ties

Chinese President Hu Jintao On Monday, he met South African President Thabo Mbeki and Algerian leader Abdel-aziz Bout-e-flika. The twobegan their state visits after the China-Africa summit.
Chinese president Hu Jintao held welcoming ceremony for his South African counterpart. This has been the second time that the two leaders met this year.
Hu Jintao said, “Mr president has been a true friend of Chinese people. I acknowledge the important contributions that you have made over the years to Sino-South African relations.”
