Indian Foreign Minister to visit Pakistan

Pakistan's Foreign Minister, Khursheed Mehmood Kasuri has held talks with the Indian Foreign Minister, Pranab Mukherjee in New Delhi.

Mukherjee said he will visit Pakistan in mid-January to invigorate the peace process and will invite Pakistani leaders for a South Asian regional summit next year. The visit would be the first by an Indian foreign minister to Pakistan in more than 15 months. It's expected to lay the ground for a possible visit to Islamabad by Indian Prime Minister Manmoham Singh.
