Reaction to the Iraq Study´s report

US Democrats hope the report will change President George W. Bush's Iraq policy. The report caused mixed feelings among Iraqi people, while it was received with optimism in Iran. As Washington's main ally in the war on Iraq, Britain has welcomed the report, calling it a "substantial and complex" piece of work.
