Iran successfully test-fires 2 missiles

Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guards have successfully test-fired two types of home-made missiles.

Iranian media report a successful firing of the Fajr-5 and the longer-range Zalzal missiles during military moves on Tuesday.

The 5-day army exercise began on Sunday and is seen by some as a response to the recent US deployment of a second aircraft carrier to the Persian Gulf.
