In Namibia, where Chinese President Hu Jintao is continuing his African tour President Hu has proposed 4 steps to strengthen bilateral cooperation with Namibia and improve ties.

Namibian President Hifikepunye Pohamba agreed with Hu's proposals and reiterated Namibia's firm adherence to the one-China principal. Hu leaves for South Africa on Tuesday.
