IAEA: Hopeful to resolve Iran nuclear issue

Mohamed El-Baradei, head of the UN nuclear watchdog, IAEA has cautiously welcomed Iran's apparent willingness to resolve outstanding issues on its nuclear programme, within three weeks.
Mohamed El-Baradei, said, "Well, I'm still hopeful that they will move forward to try to find a way to get into negotiation. He mentioned that they are ready to work with the agency and I think that is positive. The earlier they can do that, the better."
