Israeli forces raid Nablus, impose curfew

Israeli forces have raided the West Bank city of Nablus saying that they're searching for wanted militants. The soldiers clashed with Palestinian youths and arrested several people. 30,000 Palestinians are now under an imposed curfew.

This is the biggest Israeli operation in Nablus since 2004.

Hundreds of soldiers and dozens of armored vehicles cordoned off the center of the city.

Israeli soldiers arrested several suspected militants, and placed about 30 thousand people under curfew in the city's center.
