Foreign diplomats attend NPC session

More than a hundred foreign diplomats were invited to the opening ceremony of the NPC. The foreign observers say this is an excellent opportunity to further understand China's political decision making process.
Many ambassadors have spoken highly of the event. They are happy to see the increasing transparency of the country's politics.

Xikonina victor, Madagascan ambassador, said, "This is my fifth time being invited to the session. In fact many of my colleagues in the foreign missions have been here many times. We know this is very important to be present at the most important political event in China."
