3 Palestinian Jihad militants wounded by Israeli forces

Israeli forces have wounded three Islamic Jihad militants, who were purportedly preparing to fire rockets into Israel from northern Gaza.

The men were allegedly setting up rocket launchers when they were hit by Israeli fire. Islamic Jihad claimed responsibility for firing eight rockets into Israel later, and confirmed that three of its fighters had been wounded.

Israel has observed a truce with Palestinian factions in Gaza since November. But Islamic Jihad is not party to the ceasefire.
