Diana inquest shown paparazzi photos of dying Princess

Jury members at the inquest into the death of Princess Diana have been shown photos of her last moments before a fatal car crash 10 years ago. The inquest is examining the deaths of Diana and her companion Dodi Fayed in Paris, where the couple were pursued by paparazzi.

The photos show Princess Diana leaving the Ritz Hotel in Paris and getting into a car with her lover Dodi Fayed. There were also dramatic images with bystanders and photographers looking on at the crashed vehicle.

All of the photos were taken by a paparazzi photographer. The inquest is to determine whether Diana's death was accidental. The preliminary investigation concluded the driver was drunk at the time and driving too fast.
