BEIJING, Oct. 19 (Xinhua) -- Leaders of more friendly parties and organizations from around the world have congratulated the Communist Party of China on the convening of its 17th National Congress.

Hakainde Hichilema, president of Zambia's United Party for National Development;

Seyyed Hossein Mousavi Tabrizi, chairman of the Central Council of Iran Parties House;
