In Beijing, the 237-member presidium overseeing the 17th CPC National Congress has held its third meeting at the Great Hall of the People.
Presided by Hu Jintao, the meeting endorsed a draft list of candidates for membership and alternate membership of the central committee, and the central discipline commission.

The draft list of candidates will be submitted for consideration by all delegations at the Congress, and a ballot will be held on Sunday morning.
