The Chang'e One lunar probe has reached its farthest point from the Earth after its second orbital transfer.
Chang'e One was 70,000 kilometers from the Earth on Saturday. It will run on a 24-hour orbit for three rounds before the main engine ignites on Monday for the third time, sending the probe into a 48-hour orbit.
Chang-e One is expected to be in the Earth-Moon Orbit on Wednesday.
