UN Chief appreciates China´s effort to climate change

Before heading to Bali for the UN Climate Change Conference, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon talked by phone to Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao on climate change.

Ban says he appreciates China's active attitude on climate change. He said China has a constructive position on the issue and has sent a positive signal to the world.
