World prepared to mediate in Kenya

There's a great deal of concern in the international community about the crisis in Kenya over the disputed presidential election.

British Prime Minister Gordon Brown has been on the phone to both Kenyan President Mwai Kibaki and opposition leader Raila Odinga, urging them to hold talks.He says the priority is to end the violence.
Meanwhile, Ghanaian president and African Union chairman John Kufuor has also prepared a mediation mission to Kenya to help end ethnic killing. He is expected to meet both Kibaki and Odinga.
