Many roads in Guizhou have iced over and there have been serious difficulties for drivers and passengers. In the capital city of Guiyang, a special campaign, named "Green Ribbon" is calling on people to help each other out.

30 minutes later, the couple arrived at their destination safely. They feel very grateful to the driver who took them home in such a bad weather for free.

The driver Qin Xiaoyi is a volunteer in a social charity activity called "green ribbon". With a ribbon tied to the car, the driver wants to tell people on the street that "I am ready to offer help."

Qin Xiaoyi said, "The storm has been really heavy in recent days, I see many older people and children waiting in the cold for the bus. I drive by myself and all the other seats are available. It's nice to do something good to help others."

The activity was initiated by the Guiyang People's Radio Station. The idea was widely responded. Many private car owners came to join the activities as soon as they heard the news.

Green ribbon cars began to be dispatched at 7 in the morning, so far, more than 100 drivers have come to take part and most of them are private cars. many people are willing to do something to help others.
