More foreign leaders send sympathy

More letters of sympathy from overseas have been sent to Chinese President Hu Jintao and Premier Wen Jiabao over the disaster in southern China.

Belarussian President Alexander Lukashenko, Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, Lesotho's Prime Minister Pakalitha Mosisili and Cuba's First Vice President Raul Castro say they are deeply sympathetic towards the Chinese people, and their suffering from the havoc caused by the heavy snowfall.

They praise the Chinese government and its people for their undaunted spirit in the fight to deal with the weather disaster.
