The State Grid says links to the main grid have been restored for all grids in snow-hit areas. Nearly 94 percent of State Grid users now have power again, and full supplies should be restored by the end of March.

After 18 days in darkness, power went back on in Chenzhou in central China's Hunan Province early Wednesday. The State Grid plans to finish repairs at the main grid by March 10th. Repairs and rebuilding of power facilities in snow-hit areas will be finished before the end of March.

Almost all urban users now have power, and over 91 percent of rural ones in disaster hit areas.
