on Tuesday the first batch of 2008 pollutant products catalog.
The government says it will import export limitations on these
products.

The catalog includes over 140 kinds of products in six industries. All of the products are considered highly toxic or have environmental risks. The administration says it will cooperate with related departments to restrict production and trading of these products. About 30% of the listed items no longer enjoy export tax rebates, and now need a certificate before it can be traded.

The new regulation comes on the heels of a series of environmentally friendly economic policies including green credit and green securities.
