And now Arab foreign ministers are threatening reconsidering a long-standing offer of peace with Israel.
Arab League Secretary General Amr Moussa says the Arab initiative for peace has in effect been rejected by Israel.
From now on, it will be linked to Israel carrying out its obligations in the framework of its basic international commitments.
Moussa also says the Arab foreign ministers will make recommendations on peace strategy to an Arab summit to be held in Damascus later this month.
He says Arab countries are very much concerned by the lack of progress in the Mideast peace process since the Annapolis conference in November.
