Chinese FM briefs Germany on Tibet issue

Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi on Tuesday had telephone conversation with his German counterpart Frank-Walter Steinmeier on the recent Tibet issue.

Yang explained the truth of the riots and the Dalai clique's separatist plot. Yang said the Chinese government's efforts of ensuring stability and prosperity in Tibet have won support of the international community.

Now the Chinese government is arranging interviews for foreign media in Tibet, so that the world can have a better understanding of the issue.
