Tibetan scholars say the central government has made the happiness of the Tibetan people the top factor as it considers its policies on the region. The government has provided the region with priorities for its social and economical development.

Tibetan scholars say the central government has made the happiness of the Tibetan people the top factor as it considers its policies on the region.

Dainzin Lhuenzhub from China Tibetology Research Center said, "In the 3 decades of China's opening-up and reform, infrastructure, people's living standards, medical care and education systems in Tibet have all been greatly improved. Many clear examples can prove that the Tibetan people have fully benefited from the success of China's reform and development."
