The Foreign Ministry also responded to the Dalai Lama's allegation that Chinese soldiers disguised as monks to incite violence in Tibet.

The Foreign Ministry said there is clear evidence linking the Lhasa riots to the Dalai group, and the Dalai Lama's remarks only show that he is trying to dodge responsibility for his involvement in the violence.
