China offers more aid to cyclone-hit Myanmar

China's Ministry of Commerce says the country will offer additional aid worth 30 million yuan, or 4.5 million US dollars, for cyclone disaster relief and reconstruction in Myanmar.
China has already provided an aid package worth one million US dollars. The first batch of 66 tons of relief materials including food, tents and blankets arrived in Yangon on Wednesday.
The Red Cross Society of China donated 30,000 US dollars, while China's National Offshore Oil Corporation will donate a 100,000 US dollars.
