The Ministry of Civil Affairs says more than 46-million people have now been affected by the May 12th Wenchuan earthquake.

The latest death toll stands at 69,142. More than 374,000 people have been injured and over 17,000 are still missing.

A 5.0 magnitude aftershock jolted Pengxian County on Monday afternoon, and in the 24-hour period ending at noon on Monday, one aftershock was reported measuring between 4 and 4.9 on the Richter scale. Another 188 tremors under 3.9 were also recorded. Donations from home and abroad now total over 44-billion yuan, 13-billion yuan of which has already reached the quake zone.
