College entrance exam rescheduled in quake-hit areas

The Ministry of Education has set the date for the rescheduled college entrance exam as July 3rd to 5th in quake-hit areas.

The original test date was postponed in the 62 quake-ravaged counties and districts of Sichuan and Gansu provinces. This was to allow students more time to recover from physical and psychological effects suffered in the earthquake. Favorable policies for college enrollment have also been promised for affected students.
