This is an inventory for incoming relief materials in Chengdu. Staff here make sure the actual items match the checklist, before they can load them and send them to the distribution center in Dujiangyan.
When the freight trucks carrying these goods arrive at the distribution center, the center staff assess the needs and demands in different regions and redistribute the supplies accordingly.
Ren Ke from Dujiangyan Inspection and Supervision Dept., said, "We are working to ensure relevant departments receive and deliver the relief supplies according to the regulations. We keep record of the origin and destination of every single item for future reference."

The school resumed classes just two days ago in temporary classrooms. The delivery includes cookies, milk, straw mats and quilts.
It can't be called life as normal, but deliveries of goods like this are tangible proof for the children that people around the country care about them.
