Olympic co-host city Tianjin to limit vehicles

Tianjin, an Olympic co-host city bordering Beijing, will limit vehicles on the road from July 25th to September 25th. Vehicles with odd and even numbered license plates will alternate use of the city's outer ring road to ease traffic congestion and reduce pollution.

Taxis, buses, emergency vehicles and vehicles related to the Olympic Games are excluded from the regulations.
