Hu Jintao meets KMT Honorary Chairman Lien Chan

BEIJING, Aug. 8 (Xinhua) -- Hu Jintao, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, met here Friday with Kuomintang (KMT) Honorary Chairman Lien Chan, who was invited to attend the opening ceremony of the Beijing Olympic Games.
