Special rescue helicopters are ready at the main landing zone in the autonomous region's Siziwang Banner. The ground crew have been busy familiarizing themselves with the local terrain to ensure a safe landing and fast recovery of the craft. Monitoring systems are also ready to assist in the landing.

Forecasters say the weather is likely to be good on Sunday afternoon for the landing.
