The IAEA has confirmed its monitors have regained access to the DPRK's nuclear complex at Yongbyon.

Inspectors will oversee the disabling of the nuclear reactor, following a deal with Washington to save the denuclearization process.
The DPRK barred IAEA inspectors last Thursday over Washington's refusal to remove it from a sponsors-of-terrorism blacklist.
But after the United States' decision on Saturday to delist the DPRK, the UN nuclear watchdog says Pyongyang has reinstated IAEA monitoring of the 5 megawatt reactor, the nuclear fuel fabrication facility and a reprocessing plant.
Melissa Fleming, IAEA Spokeswoman, said, "We were informed by the DPRK that today they would begin resuming to remove fuel from their reactor. This will be monitored by IAEA's inspectors. Also today, the IAEA inspectors will reapply the seals to the reprocessing facility."
