Luis Martinez, Buenos Aires Resident, said, "Let's hope it is going to be a change for the world and that the situation improves."

Fancy Wassmann, Rio De Janeiro Resident, said, "The color of a person's skin has no influence over their power to govern. What influences is a person's actions."

Oscar Lopez, Cuban Army Captain, said, "Well, we expect that there will be positive changes for the policy towards our country. I don't think that there will be a lot of changes in the international arena, but I do hope that Obama has a more positive attitude towards our country."
