Officials say at least 18 people, including six rescue workers, are still unaccounted for. Emergency workers are still digging through the rubble, looking for survivors.

Located in one of the city's main commercial areas, the mall was home to about 400 shops and was a local trading center of garments, shoes, leather garments and other consumer goods.

It caught fire early Saturday morning and burned for hours. The blaze was nearly under control when part of the building collapsed. All shops were turned into ashes.
