China concerned about Gaza violence

China has voiced its concern about Israel's military actions in Gaza, and has urged both Israel and Hamas to exercise restraint to solve their disputes through dialogue.

Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang made the comments following the intensification of animosity in Gaza Strip. Qin Gang condemned the Israeli offensives, that have left many civilians dead. He said China is opposed to any attempt to resolve disputes by violence.
