The audiotape was posted on Islamic Web sites. The authenticity of the tape has not been confirmed. In the 22-minute address, the voice condemns Israeli attacks and says Muslims should unite to stop the Israeli aggression in Gaza.

It accuses Arab leaders of avoiding their duty to liberate Palestinians. This is the first recording claiming to be Bin Laden since May.
