Obama wrote the speech himself and incoming White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emmanuel says the theme of "accountability and responsibility" and "getting the country back on track" is at the core of the inauguration address.

The speech will also ask the nation to reject the "culture of anything goes." The president-elect will ask Americans to restore a national value system that honors responsibility and accountability.

Meanwhile, senior advisor to Obama--David Axelrod, says the new administration is determined to avoid double-digit unemployment. His team is aiming to create 3 to 4 million jobs during the next couple of years.
