Peres began the process of forming the country's next government on Wednesday.
He must choose between Tzipi Livni of the centrist Kadima Party and Benjamin Netanyahu of the Likud Party.
Avigdor Lieberman, Leader of Yisrael Beiteinu party, "We recommended Benjamin Netanyahu as the person to head the Israeli government. The second point is that it will be a unity government of the three big parties - Kadima, Likud and Yisrael Beiteinu. This is the combination and we think that in light of the challenges from within and from outside, and the internal situation in Israel, each one has rise to the occasion."
