50 years ago, Tibet witnessed its Democratic Reform. It overthrew the feudal serfdom system, and slaves and serfs were emancipated from the darkness of cruel oppression.
The Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the regional People's Congress says the feudal serfdom in old Tibet before 1959 was darker than medieval Europe.
He says that although the Dalai Lama has been exiled for the past 5 decades, he has never stopped his attempts to restore feudal serfdom.
