CPPCC member impressed with open atmosphere

The CPPCC has wrapped up its annual session, political advisors are turning their focus to how their suggestions and proposals will be taken forward and implemented the rest of the year. CCTV reporter Xu Zhaoqun asked one CPPCC member for his thoughts on this year's session, as well as his own plans.

As a representative from the Hong Kong business sector,  he says he has been inspired by the outgoing political  atmosphere.

Sammy Lee from the Hong Kong S.A.R. was newly selected as a CPPCC member during last year's annual session. As a representative from the Hong Kong business sector, he says he has been inspired by the outgoing political atmosphere. And he says he's ready to spend even more time on the issues after the Session.

CPPCC member Sammy Lee said, "The Members in the Economic Circle, where I am involved, have decided to organize several panels to trace how the hot issues are being solved after the annual session. I am on the panel focusing on the employment issue of university students."

Even though this year's annual session is shorter than in previous years, many members say they are even more enthusiastic about the topics they are discussing
