Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki also told reporters that Iran is preparing to present a modified package of proposals aimed at ending the standoff with the West over its nuclear programme.

Manouchehr Mottaki said, "We believe that the new proposed package could be a very good base for mutual cooperation at the international level and also for finding a solution to regional as well as trans-regional problems."
