Chartered flight picks up Mexicans in China

A Mexican chartered plane is flying home dozens of Mexican nationals, who were quarantined in China over fears of the A/H1N1 flu. The Aeromexico plane has picked up passengers in several Chinese cities, including Shanghai and Beijing.

Those on board include those on the A-M098 flight from Mexico to Shanghai, where one Mexican was later diagnosed with the flu in Hong Kong. Some Mexican nationals who were living and working in China, but were not under quarantine, are also on board. The plane also flew to Guangzhou and Hong Kong to pick up more passengers before flying home Wednesday morning.
