China disputes Indian Media report

China has disputed a report in the "Times of India", alleging that China had interfered in internal affairs and caused political upheaval in Nepal.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman, Ma Zhaoxu,  called the report "sheer unfounded rumor".

Speaking on Tuesday, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman, Ma Zhaoxu, called the report "sheer unfounded rumor". He added that "the Chinese government always adheres to the principle of non-interference in the internal affairs of other countries."

Ma Zhaoxu also said China sincerely hopes all parties in Nepal will work together for peace, political stability and economic development.
