Hua Jianmin

Male, ethnic Han, born in January 1940, native of Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. Joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in May 1961 and began working in October 1963. With a postgraduate education at the Party School of the CPC Central Committee. Senior engineer.

Member of the CPC Central Committee, vice-chairman of the Standing Committee of the 11th NPC and member of the committee's Leading Party Members' Group, secretary of Working Committee of the State Organs under the CPC Central Committee, and president of the National School of Administration.
