Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, or PTSD-- is a professional term not often used by ordinary people. But perhaps not many, with PTSD now considered a major challenge to the psychological health of many survivors of the Sichuan earthquake.
Reality of life-- As the breadwinner of the family, Liu looked for jobs elsewhere, but was turned down because of his age. "I´m not competitive on the market. More importantly, I don´t have technical skills, except from doing hard labor in the pit."
