China´s southern areas wrecked by January snow havoc are facing a heavy task of rebuilding, though a huge amount of relief fund has been allocated, a top official said on Sunday.
China´s Labor and Social Security Minister Tian Chengping said that employment situation is "very severe" this year, although the country provided 51 million jobs in urban areas in the last 5 years.
The labor contract law needs to be implemented rather than amended at the current stage, a senior labor official said here on Sunday.
China will increase efforts to improve the standard of living of its citizens by creating more jobs and expanding the social security network.
