On the Eve, the whole family sits together busily making "jiaozi", a kind
of stuffed dumpling shaped like gold ingot - mney in ancient China. Sometimes,
candies are stuffed into jiaozi in a wish for a sweet life; and a sanitized
coin may be placed in one of the dumplings, whoever bites on it will have
good fortune in the coming year.
