Twin brothers have been admitted into Nanjing University of Science and Technology with the same test scores
Reporters find three pairs of interesting twins among the freshmen heading for Nanjing-based universities
Identical twins studied at the same primary schools and middle-schools, got strikingly similar scores on the College Entrance Examinations and were admitted into the same universities. It must be fate! Recently, reporters visited several Nanjing-based universities which are beginning a new term, and found several “identical” twins among the freshmen. Though they were admitted into the same universities, they have chosen different majors. Despite their similar test scores and choice of university, there is a common desire of not being a “duplicate” of each other. This desire leads them to at least choose different majors.
Both got 383 points in the College Entrance Examinations, and their scores for individual subjects were also similar.

The twin brothers of Nanjing University of Science and Technology |
One set of twins is from Nantong, Jiangsu province. The older brother is named Chen Haibing, and the younger brother is named Chen Haijun. They not only are very similar, but also attained the same score (383 points) on the College Entrance Examinations. Even more improbably, they attained generally similar scores for each subject: they got the same score for mathematics and there is just one point difference between their English and Chinese scores. For the selective subjects, the younger brother got an A and an A+ while the older brother got two A’s. When asked how they feel about this phenomenon, the twin brothers said that they were also surprised.
