Why would such a young child harbor such an evil wish for her father? What is the secret hidden in her family? After the class was over, teacher Hu immediately launched an investigation.

Wish her father would be ill forever

January 4 was the first business day after New Year's Day, as well as the first day for school. Teacher Hu, from the Binjiang Primary School in Shapingba District, assigned homework to the students of class one, grade two: write down their wishes for the New Year.

On the morning of January 5, teacher Hu got the answers from the students. “My biggest wish is to get a full mark in the final exam. If I succeed, my mother will take me to see the sea during the Spring Festival." "My wish is to be selected as a Triple-A student in 2009." "I wish I can dance for the entire school on Children's Day."

There were various New Year wishes. Teacher Hu, however, was astonished when she saw Yaoyao's wish. On her homework paper, there is a picture of her father's big hands holding her small hands, and beside the picture is a sentence: "My wish for the New Year is that my father will be ill forever."

"Yaoyao, did you write a wrong wish? Is that your wish for the New Year?" Teacher Hu was bewildered, but Yaoyao nodded firmly.
