I believe obama will be a great presedent in American history, but the present acts he shows doesn´t indicate that he will change his stance towards china .He still inherited Bush that display a stern attitude and set blocks to bridge the tie between china and America.

I am well experienced with and possess much knowledge of how usa government functions. Only the Congress has authority to pass laws and the funding to impliment them. Usa government is divided into 3 divisions---The Executive, the president...the Legislative, Congress...and the Judicial, the Supreme Court. None has any power or authority over the other. All that the President can do is try to persuade Congress to do as he wants them to do. He has no authority or power to make them do as he wants them to do. I have mush respect and admiration for Obama and am convinced he is most sincere. Hope Congress will work with him.

I turn to the old but practical saying :actions speak louder than words,so let time tell!
