Special Report: Tech MaxBEIJING, April 30 (Xinhua) -- The following are the latest developments of swine flu outbreaks worldwide on Thursday, according to the World Health Organization and government officials.
Death toll reached 160, including 159 in Mexico, seven confirmed as swine flu and the rest suspected; and one confirmed in the United States -- a 23-month-old boy from Mexico who died in Texas.
The sickened numbers are 2,498 suspected and 19 confirmed in Mexico. The confirmed cases include at least 93 in the United States, 16 in Canada, 14 in New Zealand, five in Britain, three in Germany, 10 in Spain, two in Israel, and one in Austria.
